After running 5 events, we now have the name we have all come to know as the Springfield Raceway Turkey Bowl. 

The prize money is excellent for this event, but the Trophy is what most racing Teams are after.

The 6th Turkey Bowl was run on November 17, 2012

Let's recap up till this event.

The 360 Sprint car ran for two years in the 1st and second event with winners being
Danny Lasoski in 2007 1st Annual
Brian Brown in early 2009 2nd Annual

The Midget's would be
Zach Daum in 2007 1st Annual
Brad Lovest in early 2009 2nd Annual

This would be the only time the 360 Sprint Cars and Midgets would run in the Turkey Bowl.

The Modifieds also started at the first Turkey Bowl also
Jackie Dalton in 2007 1st Annual 
Terry Phillips in early 2009 2nd Annual Steve Martin in late 2009 3rd Annual  Jody Tillman in 2010 4th Annual 
Terry Phillips in early 2012 5th Annual Terry Phillips Racing in late 2012 6th Annual
This would make Terry a three-time winner of the Turkey Bowl twice in the same year.

The Sports Mods would start racing in the 2nd event in 2009
Colt James Cheevers in early 2009 2nd Annual Billy Street in late 2009 3rd Annual Jesse Sobbing Racing in 2010 4th Annual
This would end the run for the Sports Mod at the Turkey Bowl.

The B-Mod would replace the Sports Mod in early 2012 and is still racing the event.
Kris Jackson in early 2012 5th Annual Kris Jackson Racing in late 2012 6th Annual
Kris would do what Terry Phillips had done in the modified class and win two Turkey Bowls in the same year.

The Late Model would start running the Turkey Bowl in late 2009 and, to this day, are still running in it.
