Back in time, 14 Days until the official Start of Busch Light Turkey Bowl XVI. Let's start the countdown with a backward order, history from the first Turkey Bowl to Bush Light Turkey Bowl XVI in 15 days. Weather sucked postponed.

The name changed the for the second time to Open-Wheeled Turkey classic. It was scheduled to run on November 29, 2008, but due to the weather it would have to wait till March 14, 2009. The Winners would be 360 Sprint car was Brian Brown Racing, Midgets, it would be @Brad Lovet, A Mods Terry Phillips Racing. This would be the first year for the MW Modzs and Colt James Cheevers would take home the first win for the new class.
