Green Lawn Funeral Homes brings the Summer Nationals DIRTcar Late Models presented by Mr Dent Collision to the Springfield Raceway Tuesday June 24 .
This will be the 6th trip to the Springfield Raceway for the DIRTcar Summer Nationals.
Last year's Summer Nationals had 29 DIRTcar entries as Urbana Missouri’s Dillon McCowan set Busch Light Fast Time Qualifying with a lap time of 12.074 around the ¼ mile clay oval.
Ashton Winger from Hampton Ga. took home the main event last year from his pole starting position. Dillon McCowan ran 2nd & Tyler Terbo Uncle T Lee rounded out the top 3.

Green Lawn Funeral Homes Director and President Jake Diemer is always excited about the Tour coming to his hometown and wastes no time each year to be a huge part of this event.
Diemer, a former Late Model racer himself started his career in Mini Stocks and quickly moved up to Late Model Racing and was always in contention for the win with several victories under his belt. Jake also competed in the heyday of Asphalt Racing at Springfield running with the likes of Larry Phillip's, Mark Martin, Rusty Wallace and others before competing every weekend on the area's Dirt Tracks.
