Saturday June 7 Cedar Creek Beef Jerky presents the 4 State Dirt Late Model Series at the Springfield Raceway.Sawyer Crigler out of Alton Mo. holds a 5 point lead over West Plains‘s Joey Smith. 4 State Dirt Late Model official’s expect to have around 28 Late Models attending this event. So come on out for some Great Late Model action & enjoy some Cedar Creek Beef Jerky & Wash it down with a cool Pepsi or a Beast drink or maybe a Busch light….

We still have the same recipes and process that they used in the 1990's to make a high quality old fashion style beef jerky that is cut from whole muscle USDA inspected beef by us here in our facility. We believe to have the high quality of jerky we strive for you have to start with high quality ingredients so we use good cuts of meat and don't skimp on other ingredients.
