A little about the jerky shop: Cedar Creek Beef Jerky is a small USDA inspected facility that was started in 1984 and in 2010 Kendall Burns and Justin Amick took over the business for their mom as she retired. We still have the same recipes and process that they used in the 1990's to make a high quality old fashion style beef jerky that is cut from whole muscle USDA inspected beef by us here in our facility. We believe to have the high quality of jerky we strive for you have to start with high quality ingredients so we use good cuts of meat and don't skimp on other ingredients.
